new molding tools in a fast and cost effective manner. This
new association will provide two new benefits. A closer
working relationship between the tool maker and the injection
molder with regard to the final sampling of the tool and quicker
repairs of existing molds.
Dynasty
has a full in-house design and engineering staff using Pro-E
software to design all molds in solids. The Pro-E software
will accept most software files from other design software.
Their staff is waiting to offer their help in mold design
and computer aided 3-D machining so you can get higher parts
production with your new product molds.
Dynasty
is equipped with complete CAD/CAM systems which are fully
networked. Due to the state of the art computerized machining
centered we will be able to build molds in a shorter time
period than other tool shops. Dynasty has the ability to build
low cost prototype molds, extremely fast production injection
molds and high speed injection stack molds built to manufacture
large production plastic parts and custom products.
